Keyless access
The apartment uses keyless access, so you can enter without collecting a physical key. Access is possible via the keypad, Bluetooth or the app with WiFi. Your personal access details are shared before arrival.
Welcome folder
A welcome folder is available on the table when you arrive. Inside, you will find the house rules, user manuals, practical information, emergency numbers and a helpful overview of things to do in the surrounding area.
Minimum stay and cancellation
The minimum stay is 5 nights. You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations within 30 days before arrival, no refund applies.
Security deposit
A security deposit of €348 applies to each stay and must be paid before arrival. The deposit is refunded after your stay, provided no damage has been found and the apartment has been left in good condition.
Tourist tax
Tourist tax is €2.70 per person per day for guests aged 17 and over. This is a local municipal tax for Afritz am See and must be paid before arrival.
All-in rates
Our rates are all-in, excluding tourist tax and the refundable security deposit. Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in your stay, so there are no separate cleaning or linen charges.
Beds, linen and towels
The apartment is prepared for up to 6 guests, with beds made and towels provided. If your group is smaller than 6 guests, we kindly ask you to leave any unused beds untouched. This helps us keep this service included and maintain attractive rates for future stays.
Practical supplies
We provide a practical starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, tea towels and hand soap. Please note that shower gel, bath foam and personal toiletries are not provided.
Safe for valuables
A small safe is available inside the apartment for storing valuables. The safe works with an electronic code.
Heating and drying
The apartment has modern heating, including comfortable underfloor heating, which is easy to control with a thermostat. In the bathroom, a design radiator is available for drying towels or clothes.
House rules and quiet hours
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
