Arrival and Check-in
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00.
Keyless access
The apartment uses keyless access, so you can enter without collecting a physical key. Access is possible via the keypad, Bluetooth or the app with WiFi. Your personal access details are shared before arrival.
Arrival instructions
Before your stay, you will receive clear arrival instructions with the address, parking details and entrance information.
Welcome folder
A welcome folder is available on the table when you arrive. Inside, you will find the house rules, user manuals, practical information, emergency numbers and a helpful overview of things to do in the surrounding area.
Early arrival or late departure
Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, depending on availability, cleaning schedules and same-day arrivals. Please contact us in advance and we will let you know what is possible.
Access and parking
Parking at the property
Free parking for one car is available next to each apartment. Additional parking is available nearby if required.
EV charging
There is no EV charger directly next to the apartment. However, charging points are available at the public parking area across from the park, approximately one minute away on foot.
Building entrance
The apartment is located on the upper floor. From the parking area next to the apartment, simply follow the stairs at the back of the building to reach the entrance.
Luggage, ski and bike storage
You can easily unload your luggage close to the stairs at the back of the building. Ski equipment and other materials can be stored in the private storage room. Bikes can be placed outside on the upper landing or stored as instructed on arrival.
Apartment Amenities
Bed linen and towels
Bed linen and towels are included during your stay. Each guest receives one large towel and one small towel. Kitchen towels and tea towels are also provided.
WiFi and Smart TV
Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The suite also has a smart TV, where you can cast from your own device or log in to your own streaming accounts.
Balcony and outdoor seating
The apartment has a balcony with two chairs and a small side table, perfect for enjoying some fresh air during your stay.
Cleaning essentials
Basic cleaning essentials are available in the apartment, including a vacuum cleaner, dishwashing supplies and cleaning cloths. A dishwasher is also available for your convenience.
Practical extras
A hairdryer and wardrobe space with hangers are available in the apartment, so you can comfortably unpack and settle in during your stay.
Kitchen and Supplies
Kitchen appliances
The kitchen is equipped with an electric four-zone cooktop, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a combination oven-microwave.
Coffee and hot drinks
A coffee capsule machine is available in the apartment. Six coffee capsules are provided for your arrival. A kettle is also available for hot water.
Cooking equipment
The kitchen includes cooking pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, spatulas and serving utensils, so you can easily prepare meals during your stay.
Tableware and glassware
There is enough tableware for the maximum number of guests, including plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses and beer glasses. Coasters are also available.
Basic kitchen supplies
Dish soap, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, cleaning cloths, sponges and basic cleaning products are provided in the apartment.
House Rules
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Please make sure doors and windows are closed while smoking outside.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Quiet hours
Please respect the neighbours and other guests in the building. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum, especially on the balcony.
Parties and overnight guests
Parties and events are not allowed. Visitors are welcome during the day, but only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Waste and departure
Waste can be disposed of at the bins near the entrance of the park. Please separate your waste where possible. Before check-out, we will send you a short email with a few simple departure instructions.
